Description: Antique Caucasian Shirvan Oriental Square Wool Rug, 5'0 x 4'1, Hand-Knotted. Great Shirvan design with bright colors and hypnotic motifs in the centerfield. Made in Azerbaijan, late 1800s / early 1900s. Very sturdy and flat-laying. This one would look particularly great hung on a wall. Good square shape. Some distress to the selvedges and fringe.
