Nice Find! This is made of metal. There are 2 handles that are made of leather along with leather straps inside. This has old university of Iowa decals on it and some Union Pacific decals. The size is approximately 28 1/4 inches by 15 1/4 inches by 9 1/4 inches tall. CONDITION: This is in Good condition with some surface/paint wear/loss, smell of soap in interior, some tanning/stains on interior, scratches, some minor surface rust, a previous owners name written in marker, the key lock has been popped and there is no key, it would need a cleaning.
