Description: Presented is a German silver tray made by Storck & Sinsheimer of Hanau during the turn of the 20th century. This piece was made between the 1880s and the 1910s. The rectangular tray has a slightly raised rim that is hand chased with decorative corner decorations as well as leaf flourishes. The tray has never been monogrammed. This is a very fine quality and completely hand crafted piece and of good weight for its size. The back bears hallmarks for Storck & Sinshimer of Hanau. This piece is guaranteed to be 800 purity silver. The tray is in great overall condition for its age. Some of the raised designs have some wear, and there is some minor surface wear to the flat surface, but there are no major damages and no repairs. Dimensions: 11 1/2 by 7 1/8 inches.
