Description: This vintage Crock Butter Glazed Pot is from my in-laws farm back into the 40's. Could be a lot older, maybe from their parents. No name on the bottom, some chips to the top edge, but no cracks. Measured about 5" tall and 5 3/4" across the top. About 3 lbs in weight. Believe it was for making 2lbs of butter, but for the last 30 years it's been used to hold note pads, pens, etc. If you know more about it, let me know. Check the pictures and if you need more, let me know that too. It's been in a smoke free home for at least the 30 years I've had it, but they all smoked way back then.
