Weighs 1 pound 10 ounces. Pewter lid is permanently affixed. Thumb-pull finial. Features relief moulded Greek figures in various stages of repose. Amongst trees and stone arches. Also a winged flying child cherub figure.Classic Greek figure - face - at base of handle. Notice a chip on the inside of the handle. This is within the blue colored clay and does not detract from display (my opinion). Nor does it affect usability. (SEE FINAL PHOTO) Thumb-lift lid is firmly attached and opens/closes smoothly.
