Description: A lovely c.1910 Arts & Crafts Tudric pewter lidded canister / jar with lion head ring handles. Planished finish throughout. Punched “TUDRIC” mark to base with number 01065 and Solkets mark. Liberty launched the Tudric pewter range in 1902. Initially they imported and commissioned pieces from producers, but soon invested in the Birmingham firm of W H Haseler and began using the “Solkets” mark. Height: 18 cm In fantastic condition flaunting a light aged patination.
