Crafted in the 1920's by Newtone Art Ware Bakewells, Sydney Absolutely gorgeous yellow and green graduated glaze which looks wonderful with the design and shape of the wall pocket. Very iconic look and feel to this piece and absolutely captures the essence of Australia in the 1920's. Shape number 560 as impressed on rear side. Also stamped with "Newtone Art Ware Bakewells Sydney" on the rear side. Measures 10.5cm in length, 5.5cm in width and 15.5cm in height. Weighs 265 grams. In very good antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is crazing present which is consistent with age and in no way detracts from this super piece whilst on display.
