It is HANDMADE from PLATINUM (front) and 18K YELLOW GOLD (back). The limbs of the cross are trifurcated and the back has patina which further illustrates the age. The cross is set with 5 OLD TRANSITIONAL CUT DIAMONDS of F-G color, SI1 to I clarity that weigh approx. .43 ctw. It is also set with 14 OLD SINGLE CUT DIAMONDS of H-I-J color, SI1 clarity that weighs approx. .14 ctw. These diamonds are WHITE and EYE-CLEAN and the total diamond weight is approx. .57 ctw. The cross is detailed with 4 synthetic BLUE SAPPHIRES - small synthetic colored stones were typical for the period. This cross measures 2-3/16" long, NOT including the bale, by almost 1-7/16” at the widest point. The total weight is a solid feeling 9 grams. ONE OF A KIND!
