Description: This is an antique Armand Marseille boy doll. I bought him many years ago from an ebay seller. On the back of his head it reads 1894 AM DEP Made in Germany 4 His body is in " repaired" condition, it seems painted to be and very overly glossy. I may be wrong,but it looks like something was done to the body to fix it up. I bought him this way. He has very lovely eyes. They open and close with ease when you lay him down. The head edges could use a cleaning as it has some dark areas from possibly wig glue or something else. A wig would easily cover this,but ai have not tried to clean ot off because I don't know how to clean bisque. I will leave this to the new owner.He will come with a wig, although it is not a great wig. All fingers are present. His outfit is by a designer called Roberta B. Sanguinetti.It is very nice. It includes the pants,jacker,shirt,underwear,long red bow tie,long socks, a hat and shoes.Please zoom in to the whole bodies condition because I am not an expert about what collectors are looking for or wanting to check on.
