Antique, fully leatherbound over 140 year old book in overall good condition. Spine face shows chipping and loss and the outer corner edges of the coverboards likewise show chipping and heavy rubbing. Front coverboard's hinge is cracked through but is still well connected to the rest of the book via two original binding strings (see image 5). Back coverboard shows some superficial splitting to the leather at the exterior hinge but is not cracked through like the front cover. Exterior is overall clean. Book's interior is overall clean with some minor foxing or soiling here and there throughout. Book's binding is tight and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 653 pages, measures approximately 9 x 6 x 2 inches and weighs about 2 3/4 pounds.
