Upper end of the spine shows chipping and some loss, lower end shows rubbing. Outer corner edges of the book likewise have rubbing and cloth at the outer hinge between the spine face and back cover shows some tatter. Map is overall intact but does have a tear. Interior of the book is overall clean with some soiling and foxing spots throughout as well as pastedown and pencil notations to the front endpapers as well as soiling or toning to the inner margins of the front and back endpapers. Book is complete and the binding is intact with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 457 pages, measures approximately 7 5/8 x 5 1/2 x 1 1/8 inches and weighs about 1 1/4 pounds.
