Description: This is an exceptionally well sculpted white alabaster bust of a young woman. It was made in Austria at the Schumacher Bronze company by the acclaimed artist Luteur. Hallmarks: It is signed with the bronze Schumacher seal impressed into the base of its Sienna marble plinth. The bust itself is signed on the back of the shoulder by the artist Luteur and with a scroll line and the letters AM under the signature.Note: Certificates of authenticity were not normal in the 1800s therefore of course there isn't one!The condition is excellent.
