It is unmarked the manufacturer is unknown. The nickel finish has scratches, scuffs, minor tool marks and oxidation on the head backside. There is a wall escutcheon included and is dented on one side. It has not been tested. The head does pivot. All moving parts do function as they should. Overall good, salvaged condition.
