Description: Beautiful antique 19th century cup and saucer in the Sevres style. Pieces are painted in a blue ground with a courting couple on the cup and two floral cartouches on the saucer. Cup measures 2.5" tall Saucer measures 5.25" in diameter Marked on the base with a printed "S.76" and a blue hand painted Sevres mark.There is also some etched underglaze etched writing on both the cup and saucer. Pieces are in good condition. The cup has two very tiny speck chips where the side of the cup meets the base.Please see last photo for details.
