He is about 22” tall. Composition flange head, full arms and partial legs. Sleepy eyes mechanism is working. Cloth body. Cryer is working intermittently. Crazing , cracking, stains to cloth parts and paint loss are present. We are not sure if his composition parts were repainted. Cute vintage outfit. Stains/holes are present. Please refer to pictures.
