Description: Antique 1930's 14k Yellow Gold Art Deco Diamond Engagement Ring Size 6. Gorgeous 14k yellow and white gold art deco diamond wedding/engagement ring. This ring is circa 1930's, near the end of the Art Deco period. Features a 3.50 mm .16-point center round single cut diamond and two 1 point round single cut accent diamonds on each side in white gold settings. The diamonds are H-I in color and SI in clarity. The band is yellow gold and is a size 6. The inside of the band is stamped 14k. Diamond color - H-I Diamond Clarity - SI Diamond cut - Single Diamond TCW - 18 points Metal purity -13k- 14k Ring Size - 6 This piece was inspected by a GIA graduate gemologist and appraiser and provided a verbal appraisal. The ring was valued at $1000. The ring was also inspected by Ebays Authenticity Dept, and the inspector tested the karat weight and concluded that the ring was not quite 14k. I performed an acid test on the ring, and the mark remained when using 14k acid, but faded ever so slightly. I believe that being the age that the ring is, it may be slightly under 14k. The ring has not been tampered with from the original condition it was received in when it first came into my possession.
