CIGARETTE LIGHTER / DISPENSER This unusual and early marked "CIGARETTE VALET" (as found on the dispenser door) ELECTRIC ART DECO CIGARETTE DISPENSER & LIGHTER by the MASTERBILT PRODUCTS CO. is solidly made out of copper and gold plated cast and machined steel alloy. With original electric power cord. THIS IS A VERY RARE ANTIQUE ELECTRIC ART DECO "CIGARETTE VALET" TABLE LIGHTER MANUFACTURED BY THE "MASTERBILT PRODUCTS CO." THE ART DECO DISPENSES AND LIGHTS YOUR CIGARETTE RETROACTIVELY. THIS DEVICE WORKS VIA A COMPARTMENT INSIDE WITH A GLASSLIKE DOOR WHERE ONE LOADS CIGARETTES ON A NEW BASIS. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE COMPARTMENT THERE IS A SLOT WHICH DROPS ONE CIGARETTE WHENEVER ONE OPENS THE BOX LID. A CIGARETTE IS DROPPED INTO A CHANNEL AT THE BOTTOM WHILE A LEVER AUTOMATICALLY PUSHES THE CIGARETTE INTO THE BURNER AT THE END. THEN ONE PICKS UP ONE'S LIT CIGARETTE. THERE IS AN ON/ OFF SWITCH ON THE BOTTOM FOR THE BURNER INSIDE. A form of clear yellow pre-plastic makes up the cover to the cigarette dispenser section as shown.
