Description: Beautifully refinished antique D.M. Ferry Flower Seed Packet Display Box. Patented 1906. Measures 9 5/8" long x 4 5/8" deep x 3 7/8" tall. Inside is 9" long x 4 1/8" deep x 3 1/4" tall. Constructed of 1/4" quarter sawn and tiger oak and assembled using finger joints. Refinished with several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and hand-polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax to a soft luster. New blue felt lines the inside of the box. Excellent condition. Hinges and other hardware in good working order. All joints are solid. No cracks, scratches or splits in the wood. Felt pads protect bottom. Very Fast Handling! Ships day after payment is received.
