I inherited this from an elderly neighbor in 1985, and its been in our china hutch ever since. The Pickard stamp is light brown and 9/16" across, which I believe dates it to 1903-1905. Also marked D&C France. Measures about 5 3/4" long and 5 1/2" tall to the top of the handle. Very good condition with no chips or cracks.
