Description: Antique 1889 Photogravure The Model by E. Grenet Treasures Of Art Authentic antique folio photogravure etching print dating to 1889. Printing process is photogravure from etching. The plate impression is visable. Condition is good and clean for a print of its age, with slight patina, staining around the edges as seen in the pictures. Print is full plate and blank on the back. Print is from an incomplete art book called Treasures of Art from the Paintings of the Masters by J.W. Cathcart, and Walter Rowlands. I have many prints from Volume I and II. Overall size is 11 3/4 x 17“. Image size is 8.25" x 10.25". Comes with the descriptive letter press sheet and the photogravure print. Watermark is not on the actual print.
