Description: You are bidding on this Antique 1871 Hardcover The Analytical Speller by Edwards & Warren Civil War Era This is an antique used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is rubbing/scuffing to tan coverboards, edgewear and associated corner wear/rounding, wear along/about spine, visible fading/smudging, patterns of blemish, points of distress. Interior pages show clean/smooth, creamy-white, with good preservation of sharp black typeset and little wear/heavy tanning, demarcation with stamps at front endpaper. Spine remains straight/smooth, with some shelfwear, while binding is still intact/secure, but dry, with threat of separation at front/rear coverboards. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The book measures approx 7" x 5" with 117 pages.
