Description: For auction is an antique 1866 “Godey’s Lady’s Book”. It contains 12 fold out hand colored fashion prints. The book is DAMAGED. It has a lot of age stains, dark discoloration, color leaking from the prints, large rips, creases and heavy wear. Some of the pages have brittle edges which are flaking off. The fold out prints have DAMAGE (deep creases, long rips, brittle edges, stains, etc). The binding and hard cover have damage. Some pages may be missing (ripped out). There is a musty odor.
