Description: I have for sale a really cool earlier 19th century Bavarian pewter flagon. There are a couple minor dings to the pewter, but it is all pretty minor. You can see an example of this in the (13th) photo above. The stein is signed on the handle. It has the date 1709, the German eagle crest, and a skeleton key hallmark. Also, there is a small floral design inside the stein at the bottom. The etched design on the front features a crest with two roosters, the date 1831, and the town of Rothenburg.
