Description: Volume 7 of series of ten children's books, this edition of "The Children's Hour" is called "The Out-of-Doors Book" because it deals with activities and observations of the outside world. Copy is in useable and readable condition; a number of illustrations and color plates--see photos which show table of contents and illustrations. 517 pages. I could not find a copyright, but a little research told me this was published in 1907. The inscription on the inside cover, written with beautiful calligraphy, was gifted in 1910. Nice little volume to own in a collection of antiquarian books.
