Description: Hi...This charming super cute mouse figurine is a unique piece of mid-century modern art pottery. Handmade by Anthony Freeman McFarlin in California during the 1960s, this original figurine features a textured, matte finish with the most amazing big ears and eyes that give it it's distinctive look. Measuring 5 inches in length, 4 inches in height, and 3 inches in width, this big eared mouse is made of earthenware and is signed and initialed by the artist. This vintage piece is sure to be a conversation starter, and it is a great example of the artistry of the Anthony Freeman McFarlin pottery studio. This handsome little piece is in very good vintage condition. No scratches, chips, smells, or stains. It's 99% perfect. A few tiny scuffs exist on the edges of the mouse's ears and body from handling through the years. And a small factory originated surface crack can be seen at the base of the mouses tail. This crack is not a repair, the tail is well attached and has been since it left the studio. Please see pics for details. I have described this scary day of the dead classic as best I can, but additional to my description I have provided several high-resolution images from varying angles to allow for a more detailed review of quality, and condition.
