Freshly Aligned/Calibrated - here are the details:Frequency Accuracy Calibration: Internal 100MHz Reference Oscillator was calibrated using a GPS Disciplined Frequency Standard driving a 26 GHz frequency counter. This was used to obtain a frequency counter reading of exactly 10 GHz for a 10 GHz RF output frequency.YTO (Yig Tuned Oscillator) Adjustments: YTO and other adjustments were made for:Coarse TuningFine TuningFrequency OffsetYIG LinearizationFM CoilRamp CenterSweep WidthCenter FrequencyFrequency Response Calibration: Using a 10MHz to 40GHz power sensor/meter setup (NIST traceable) frequency response (amplitude vs frequency) was calibrated using OEM Anritsu software.Testing/Validation: Finally, the signal generator was extensively tested over the full frequency range for both CW and Sweep (both Analog Sweep and Step Sweep) - see pics - Also, tested over the full power level range of the attenuator, and the 0.1 Hz frequency resolution.
