It is in good or better pre-owned vintage condition. There are no rips, tears or writing on any of the pages. It shows some signs of wear from age, use and storage, which includes but is not limited to fingerprint smudges on the front and back cover, small crumple to the top edge on the front cover, scuff/scratch marks on back cover and slight yellowing of the pages.
