It is a Birthday Card Making Kit in the original box with red ribbon and tag. I do not believe it was ever used but the card stock strap was broken so 1 or 2 may have been taken. I just don't know. Everything seems to be in it's original packing inside. Included in the kit are: Card Stock - Many different designs - the white strap is broken that held them together Card Inserts with words on them - (they appear white in the photos). Item is New Old Stock - suitable to give as a gift. The card stock has the white strap broken. I don't know if a couple were taken or not - but it appears intact. I just don't know for sure.
