The images are accurate and the debris was left on the soles to be transparent about the fact that they have been worn. It is difficult to find the right fit with Ann Demeulemeester boots. They often run large. To help with sizing, I will be as clear as possible: the toe box is very roomy in these boots, but the length is not much larger than true fit. If you typically wear size 43, these may fit, but I would suggest they are only a little larger than true size.
