Description: Angstrom Reflexion speakers. The Crossovers have been recapped and the tweeters have been up graded with Peerless units as the Vifa Tweeters do not balance well as the originals. The original Vifa tweeters have a history of failing and parts are no longer available. The Peerless tweeters balance nice with original Vifa P21W-10 8" woofers. Stereophile Magazine called them a 2 1/2 way speaker because the upper 8" driver is crossed over at a higher frequency than the lower 8" driver. The Vifa drivers, are rated for 6 ohms, and sold for around $1000 US back around 1987. Angstrom was originally a high end Canadian speaker manufacturer. The cabinets are in very good condition and the grills are clean with no tags or rips. Lots of great positive reviews about the Angstrom Reflexion Speakers.
