Andy Friedman 1978 Topps Eddie Murray RC Auto 1/1 Spotlight 70 Beckett Certified

Description: This is a piece of original art from 2022 by Andy Friedman (of Spotlight 70 fame) that was purchased directly from him and subsequently authenticated by Beckett in a BAS slab. It features a 1978 Topps Eddie Murray rookie that has seen better days (or not depending on your perspective). This card was notoriously difficult to get well centered and perhaps that is some of the irony here (given that the card has some of the best centering I've seen on a copy). The corners are frayed, the edges have some chipping, and there are multiple creases across the center of the card. What is his statement? "Terrible Condition!". Honesty, beauty, irony? Take your pick (or not). It's art and should make you feel something. The card is in a magnetic one touch sealed with an "Andy Friedman" sticker (similar to the Topps stickers on some chase cards) as received from the artist. It is signed by Andy, labeled one-of-one, and numbered 1/1 2022 on the reverse. This card will be shipped via USPS with the slab in a sealed bag for protection. I use shipping materials (envelopes, boxes, etc) that can be fully recycled whenever possible. Due to the value of the card insurance will be required.
