There are no marks where they were made, but according to my research online they were made in Switzerland (not sure, do your own research. )I got them as is from a storage auction, so I have no idea if they have ever been used , but since there is some patina and rust I am selling them as USED. The lot includes 2 x 13-teeth Ovina Combs and 6 x 4-teeth Edge Cutters. One of the tips of a comb is chipped off ( check the last picture, please).
