Description: This is one of the rarest pieces from my collection. This Han Dynasty horse head is incredible. It comes from North Western China from the very dry areas of the west. The head is complete and was carved in separate pieces as can be seen in the photos. The tongue is loose and so is one of the ears. The head has been glued to the neck, but will most likely come loose in shipment. I purchased this piece back in the Mid 1990's from China and it was legally imported at that time.It measures 14 1/2 inches tall and about 14 1/2 inches from the tip of the nose to the back of the neck. I'm sorry but I will not ship this out of the USA. This will be a large box. I'm only charging a portion of the actual shipping.
