Description: Manufactured by Minton from 1939 to 1951 the Ancestral pattern with the vintage "Globe" Backstamp features rust and teal floral on ivory bone china with a gold trimmed scalloped edge. This Estate Set was bought from the original owner and is in mint condition. The set includes eight complete 6 piece place settings plus serving pieces and demitasse pieces. Place setting includes 10.75" dinner plate, 7-7/8" salad plate, 6.25" B&B plate, 5.25" fruit/dessert bowl, 2.25" flat cup & saucer set. Serving pieces include 2.75" creamer, 4.25" sugar bowl with lid, 15" oval serving platter, and two 10.25" oval vegetable bowls. Also included are six 2-1/8" demitasse cup & saucer sets.
