Catalog is undated but was taken from a publication issued in 1969. Asbestos Reference: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 There's 6 pages of their vinyl asbestos floor tile and another 1/2 page of their Plastic Asphalt floor tile. Although the composition of the asphalt tile is not mentioned the literature states it meets Federal Specification SS-T-312 Type I which is the known reference for asphalt asbestos floor tile. Also of note are the listed adhesives promoted for use with Amtico's tile. Specifically there are two: asphalt emulsions and cut-back adhesives that could have contained asbestos.
