Description: For sale is (1) Amperex Bugle Boy ECC88/6DJ8 vacuum tube made in Heerlen, Holland. Markings are very strong with a little fading, but all code legible. The triangle codes are all indicitive of Heerlen factory and are all present. These are late 50’s and early 60’s tubes. I have tested all of these on a calibrated TV7 and they’re all between 85 and 90% strong. The price is for ONE tube, but you are welcome to buy multiples with combined shipping. Thank you. Also, look for my other listing of the same tubes with more faded markings. All of my tubes are marked with an invisible dot so I can ensure that you don’t pull a bad tube swap on me. You will never see this and without knowing my process no one else will either, so it will never detract from the value of the tube. I record this process so I can show eBay if it ever arises (which it has and why I do it). If this is a problem for you I understand, but I’m done having to pay for “bad” tubes that are swaps where the buyer keeps the good ones and sends me garbage in return. Thank you for your time.
