Description: American Treasury USA Postage Stamp Album With 200+ Stamps With Large Mint Section This item is an American & United Nations Stamp Album full of some very nice Stamps from the USA. A Great deal of this book features Mint Single Stamps that were properly mounted using clear cellophane mountings to hold a stamp without a hing to the stamp itself. While not all the presented stamps are Mint, a very high average is present. For the purpose of Ebay Request, We grade the Book itself at Very Good and this is only for the Book Value and not a Grade for the Stamps inside. The book itself was printed in 1980 and is a softbound type geared to the beginning Stamp Collector. Whoever built the book often targeted Mint Examples when possible and took care with each mount. The inside binding to the Cover Section has come loose and is in need to repair. We will place the book inside a clear plastic covering to help keep the book in it's current condition for the new owner to decide to repair or not repair the binding. Even with the Cover Issues, the main event inside has escaped wear and has perfectly preserved the Mint & Cancelled Stamps. While we will list each Stamp featuring in the book, below will at least allow a viewer a close estimate as to the number of stamps & from what time frame. We will also give extra information for Stamps when we feel extra should be given. 1 Cancelled 2 Cent Washington - Early to Mid 1890's 1 Cancelled Green Franklin from 1992. 4 Cancelled from 1923 to 1925 7 Cancelled from 1930 to 1935 with 1 being a Mint Susan B. Anthony type 14 Mint from 1935 to 1940 & features some in the "Army" Series & "In Defense" Series / 15+ Cancelled 6 Mint 1941 to 1945 with 3 Mint from the FDR Series & a couple or so Cancelled 40+ Mint 1945 to 1950 17 Mint all 1950 to 1955 / 8 Cancelled All 1950 to 1955 17 Mint 1956 to 1960 / 7 Cancelled 1956 to 1960 12 Cancelled 1960 to 1970 90+ Cancelled all 1970's with fairly even distribution of years. 5 Airmail types are also included all are Cancelled with one in late 1940's, one Late 1950's, & 3 from the early 1970's. One final inclusion is a 1940's Unused Airmail Envelope, 6 cents with an Orange Plane in the corner. While the envelope has never been used, there are a couple of crease marks running along the length from corner to corner.
