Description: I have for sale a French medal that commemorates the 1927 visit of the American Legion to France. The medal is bronze, it is 1 3/4 inches in diameter and in a high grade circulated condition, close to uncirculated. 250 United States American Legion members went to France in 1927 for the dedication of a monument to the American Expeditionary forces at Flirey, in Lorraine.
