New Blu-rays and Factory Seals:I never reseal blu-rays that have been opened for any reason, but unfortunately, it's a common practice by many retailers and individuals. For this reason, I can't always guarantee that an item was not previously opened prior to my receiving it. However, I do look for crinkles on the sleeve that holds the artwork, which is indicative of a blu-ray being resealed with too much heat. Unfortunately, it's sometimes difficult to notice until the plastic is removed. I do my best to call it out when I see that, or if I have other reasons to suspect it may have previously been opened. Digital Codes:I cannot warranty included digital codes partially due to the above and partially due to not knowing when or if the codes expire, or what restrictions, if any, may be in place.
