It has a plastic-like parchment overlay announcing the new store "Now open" at Mall of America, in Bloomington, MN. We were frequent visitors there after they opened! It was also the last holiday to order Samantha & Nellie. The catalog is in very good condition. The only flaw is the blacked-out name, address & account number on the overlay, and on the order form page. It has been looked at, but I could find no tears or writing of any kind.
