REGER COLLECTION ~ Fired .58 Rifle Bullet with striations from the barrel rifling, which has multiple impact marks on front and back, showing that it tumbled and struck backwards at some point in the projectile's flight, found in the 1950s or 1960s by William 'Bill' A. Reger, one of the great early relic hunters, from Berks County, Pennsylvania. This artifact comes from the collection of William A. Reger who lived in Berks County, Pennsylvania, one of the great early relic hunters, who relic hunted at a variety of sites from 1950 to the 1977. He passed away in Reading, Pennsylvania in 2011.
