Captain Cornelius is a 24" Space Monkey Millennium Patrol, manufactured by Kids of America Corp. He's also known as a "Go Go Gorilla Astronaut". He has fresh batteries and works great! Both buttons on the hands work, the lights in the helmet work, and the vibrations that represent "Blast off" work like new. It's Definitely a fun, nostalgic piece. It came out of a smoke free/pet free estate, and has been cleaned and dusted appropriately. If you press on his right hand, he says one of 5 phases or makes noises that are listed below: 1. "Get me out of this monkey suit" 2. Beep beep beep (noises, not spoken) 3. "Oh.., I miss the jungle"4. "Houston; more bananas please" 5. "Roddy doddy... I read ya base" If you press his left hand, he counts down to his launch: "Three, Two, One, blast off!" he then shakes as if taking off, saying "Ya Hoo...Yee Haw...Ya Hoo...Yee Haw!" His helmet has red blinking lights in it as well!The clear face of the helmet has some minor scratches and scuffs, and there is some overall wear and scuffs to the silver suit (see pics.) Despite any cosmetic issues it is still a really cool piece! There is zero corrosion in the battery compartment or on the suit/material, so that shouldn't have any damage or issues, and the switch works great to turn him ON/OFF. I am selling all as - is, as shown in the photos - what is pictured is what will be shipped.I will make sure it is wrapped and boxed properly for the journey to the buyer!
