Throughout her long career business founder and artist Sheila Thompson recreated many landmark locations such as monuments, lighthouses, churches, national parks, breathtaking wonders of nature including a collaboration with the National Trust for Historic Preservation in 1997, to recreate the Trust's eighteen historic properties. Before closing her two long standing companies Shelia's Collectible Houses and Custom Wood Products Shelia also successfully created numerous additional one-of-a-kind iconic items including NCAA collegiate sports team logos, paternity/sorority memorabilia and other types of collectibles. After closing the business Shelia followed another passion and is currently painting some of Charleston's most Iconic scenery for display in local galleries across the lowcountry.
