The tag reads premy. This is for a tiny baby, please refer to measurements. This set is a very light pink with ribbon, lace and 2 pink flowers with some green leaves at the upper front. 65% polyester 35% cotton. The tag reads machine wash cold delicate tumble dry low. However, since it is so delicate looking, I hand washed and lay it flat to dry. The short sleeves have elastic at arm openings (due to age of the dress it seems the elastic is not very tight), bloomers are elastic waist, 2 button closure at back. All clothing items have been washed/laundered to Ebay's standards.
