While we assume it goes without saying, we do still feel compelled to clearly state that this copy is obviously NOT the First Edition/First Printing of this title. Once again, this copy is NOT a First Edition/First Printing. This rare treasure has some very clearly visible wear/age, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition! The wear, however, is considerable and should be carefully examined/considered. The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris. The binding is holding tight. All of the pages are present and attached. Some general/shelf/age wear along with... Creases/scuffing/marks/wear to the spine/corners/boards. The wear is particularly noticeable on the spine, at the corners, on both the front and rear boards and near/along the edges. Please note the wear on the front and rear boards, near the spine! All of the wear previously mentioned is very clearly visible! Marks/wear to the edge/fore pages. Creases/marks/foxing/wear to the pages. Varying in size and severity, the wear is present on all of the pages and particularly noticeable on certain pages. The pages have a "wavy" appearance and some warping, most likely caused by water damage and/or exposure to a liquid. The wear is very clearly visible! Wear to the binding. While the binding is firm and all of the pages are present and attached, one can clearly see some cracking/rips/pulling away. The wear is most noticeable on the inside of the rear board where the webbing is very clearly visible. All of the wear previously mentioned is very clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered. We tend to grade the condition of our books rather harshly and took into consideration any and all wear when determining the value of this rare book.
