Description: Kaiyodo Akira Kurosawa Sanjuro Tsubaki Sanjuro and Hanbei Duel Figure Set Japan Import NEW This is a BRAND NEW and still shrinkwrap-sealed set of Japan Import Kaiyodo Akira Kurosawa Tsubaki Sanjuro and Hanbei figures. Thiese are figures of Mifune Toshiro's character Tsubaki Sanjuro and the evil Ronin Hanbei in Akira Kurosawa's famous Samurai movie Sanjuro. The bases of these figures fit together to depict Sanjuro delivering the death blow in his duel with his arch enemy Hanbei Muroto in the end of the movie. The figures are still in their original shrinkwrap bag unopened and includes its outer coardboard box and pamphlet. Since this is a blind box trading figure the cardboard box has been very neatly opened for figure identification. The figures are expertly crafted like all Kaiyodo figures and resembles the actors in the movie in every detail. This series has 7 figures in which there are 7 monotone black & white versions and 7 rare color versions. These are the rare colored versions of the 2 figures. I have included a photo of the packaging so you can see what the other figures in the series look like which I am selling on ebay seperately. If you see the lower photo, This figure was produced for only a limited time in 2004 and is no longer for sale in Japan and is extremely rare.
