Description: Item powers on and rewind and fast forward and stop work. When a tape is played it doesn't make any sound and the counter counts at way faster than normal. A quick search suggests either a belt or a capstan motor. With that this is being sold AS-IS with no returns. It could be an easy fix and you will have a very nice tape deck. The unit does recognize there is a tape inserted it just doesn't play it right.
