I would say the wire feeder is a little slow compared to a Miller, but seems to work like it should. We tested this unit with 0.035 wire, the mig gun liner and tip are for 0.035. the feed rolls in the wire feeder are for 1/16 wire but they fed 0.035 just fine. This unit is ready to go, connect to power, add wire and shielding gas and you can weld. .
