The original drawing of Mickey Mouse was taken from the cover of a Big Little Book from 1933. The hardcover book “The Pirates And The Mouse” details the feud and lawsuit filed by Walt Disney over the use of their beloved characters. This book sparked quite the controversy and prompted a lawsuit filed by Walt Disney. Disney eventually won the lawsuit and Hell comics was not allowed to parody the Disney characters nor were reprints allowed. There were only 2 issues produced before Hell comics was banned from further publishing of Disney characters. This is a tough to find book in any grade and is all original with no restoration.
