The painting is inscribed on verso with the following; Richard Webb (artist), dated 2007, after Morandi, to Roberta with love Richard, and entitled Tuscan Landscape. The painting is on artist board and measures approximately 11" x 14" view area and framed it is 14 3/4" x 17 3/4". Not sure about the artist as there are a couple Richard Webb listed artists but this subject matter is not representative of their styles - however this piece is very well done and was most likely painted by a talented professional artist. I primarily use USPS Priorty Mail as I have been using it since 1996 and have had very few problems. If you would prefer another carrier please contact me and we can change to your preference. I only charge the shipping amount - I will not charge you for packing materials or handling.
